Provide custom time scale for individual trend plots within Display

Currently it's only possible to define time range i.e. *-8h for all trend plots simultaneously.
If Display consists of multiple plots there should be ability to set individual time for each plot. (see attached picture as example)
This very simple function exists in Processbook - just transfer it into Vision
