Be able to set or force time range to NOW or specific time for when opening displays

Displays should open with the time of "now" or have a way to default it to now or set time ranges. If someone saves a display that is scrolled back in time the display opens in that time range. A person that opens a display and does not see it is not current data get false information thinking it is current information.
