Shape border/fill multistate option

Currently, adding a multistate function to a shape (a rectangle, for example) seems to only affect the shape fill, and not the border. I wanted to change only the border color on a rectangle, but in order to imitate that I had to make 4 lines, each with their own multistate, assembled into the shape of a rectangle. Being able to choose whether the multistate changes the border or fill (or both, potentially to different colors) would be quicker to build, faster to run, and easier to edit.
