Move Displys from one folder to another folder

The User should be able to move a display from one folder to an other folder. often a folder structure is changed or someone needs new folders now your are not able to shift displays from the old folder to the new createt one.

    The ability to move displays from one folder to another is existing functionality in PI Vision. You can move displays that you can edit from one folder for which you have Write access to another folder for which you have Write access.
