Enable Now Button by Default on PI Vision ad-hoc Displays

In PI Process book, the displays were always in real time and migrating to PI Vision; a new feature, the Now button, is added which is nice to have but we need to have this Now button be enalbed/selected by default on ad-hoc displays.

    This would apply to any 'popup trend' - if the main display is set to 'Now', then when any element is double clicked on the display, it should also be real-time ('Now' ON).

    Please add live by default on all PIVision displays when we open them
