Enable Now Button by Default on PI Vision ad-hoc Displays

In PI Process book, the displays were always in real time and migrating to PI Vision; a new feature, the Now button, is added which is nice to have but we need to have this Now button be enalbed/selected by default on ad-hoc displays.

    Please add live by default on all PIVision displays when we open them

    Please add live by default on all the displays as we open them, not only in the ad-hoc one
