Add feature to PI Vision that would make the default format of XML file or CSV file display data exports customizable.

Currently, there is not a way to configure PI Vision to use a particular format when exporting a display to either an XML file or a CSV file. Because of this, users have to format the exported file each time in order to make it meaningful.

For example, it would be helpful to have the option to configure PI Vision to only export the value of static attribute without including a timestamp.
