Attach a photo from network location that is updated periodically

We would like to have a photo that is stored on the network with a particular filename to automatically open in a PI Vision display and always display the latest version of the photo. The photo will be replaced up to twice a day, so we don't want to just embed the version of the photo we have when we create the PI Vision display. Requiring the user to open a display and then click another link to access the photo is too many steps.
