Add backgrounds to displays using any common image file.

If this were possible, I could use screenshots of my DeltaV (or any other HMI) displays and then overlay PI animations on top of the background. This would allow me to make a "copy" of my DeltaV graphics in PI vision. Users would feel more comfortable because it would look familiar.
