Different header/sidebar colours for prod, dev, test instances

We have 3 instances of PI Vision at my company. It helps a lot that we provide a BLUE title bar for prod, GREEN for development and YELLOW for our test environment. We achieved this by manually editing CSS files on the server. This works well. The change is well received. It would be great to have this easier to set via the pi vision admin page.

If possible, also being able to set the default canvas colour for a new display would be great.
