Gauge Scale linked to Value Unit of Measure

When we use the Unit of Measure conversion on PI Vision gauges, the scale does not change with the unit.

For example, if our source attribute with Maximum and Minimum limits uses Degrees Fahrenheit, the value of the scale shown in PI Vision will also be Degrees Fahrenheit. However, If we change the UOM to Degrees Celsius or Kelvin the scale will remain in Fahrenheit which will make the gauge basically unusable.

This also happens when converting any other unit for attributes with limits set. It would be ideal if the UOM conversion would be set to the Scale/limits as well. currently the only workaround is to update the default UOM from AF (which some end users might not have access to) or set custom limits on the scale which is more laborious.

*Note* It appears the multi state function works correctly, when we set limits and we change the UOM the multistate panel shows the correct UOM. But the scale still shows the old incorrect UOM values.
