Format Value with Timestamp at Left, Right, or Top

In PI ProcessBook, users could format a" Value" object with the time stamp at top, bottom, left, or right. In PI Vision, the timestamp is always below the value with no option to format differently. This significantly affects our ability to migrate PI ProcessBook displays as we generally formatted the timestamp to the right of the value. When converting, the timestamp moves to the bottom which may overlap with any objects below the "Value" object.
