Improve Symbol Ordering and Drag-and-Drop Functionality in PI Vision Collections to Match PI ProcessBook Behavior

In PI ProcessBook, users can easily drag and drop symbols into displays and manually control their order and position. This flexibility is essential when building complex, operator-friendly visualizations.

In PI Vision, while Collections exist to visualize groups of assets, there is no built-in support for manual symbol ordering or direct drag-and-drop editing within collections. As a result, some displays cannot be replicated in PI Vision without restructuring the underlying AF hierarchy or modifying AF attributes—which is not feasible or desirable in many cases.
