Provide stand alone installer or option within installer to install only PI Vision Display Utility

This would allow running the display utility from a separate server from either the source or destination PI Vision server. Our environment has PI vision servers segregated by multiple firewalls for network segregation, currently vision servers are not able to communicate with each other. This is a site PI Vision server aggregating to a enterprise PI Vision server farm.
