Add option to PI Vision trends to keep snapshot values

Currently PI Vision does not have an option to keep snapshot values on a trend and the trend will periodically refresh and smooth out as snapshot values are compressed out. With PI ProcessBook, it was possible to have a trend keep snapshot values on updating plots using the PB2TraceCompatibility option. As a PI System Admin, I would like a similar feature to be added to PI Vision so that trends on PI Vision displays more closely mirror what was displayed in our PI ProcessBook workbooks. As a PI User, I would like to have the option to view uncompressed snapshots to assist in performing calibration of sensitive machinery without individually changing the points compression and exception settings.

      Users migrating from ProcessBook to Vision prefer the behavior of PB to keep snapshot values on the trace while the trend is open.


      During certain events like device calibration it is helpful to supply a snapshot trend.
