Allow users to configure multi-state hi/lo limit traces to be hidden by default in PI Vision popup trends.

In PI Vision, when using multi-state configuration with hi/lo limits, the popup trend automatically displays the hi/lo limit values as separate traces on the chart. While this may be helpful in some cases, there are situations where users only want to view the main tag value without the additional limit traces, especially when dealing with a large number of tags.

It would be useful to have an option—either per display or globally—to configure whether these hi/lo limit traces are shown by default. This would improve clarity, reduce visual clutter, and allow users to focus on key data more efficiently.
