Add option to exclude digital and string tags from the single scale type

On a trend with multiple traces when single scale type is selected, allow digital and/or string tags to still have custom range/scale settings. If there are multiple related traces that I want to auto range on a single scale, then having digital or string tags in the same trend throws off the range.
