Fix issue where the Time Bar Control not responding on trends with Custom Time range

When someone create a Trend in a PI Vision display and customize the Time Range (should be different than 8h), the PI Vision display show data ok, but if someone try to update the Time Bar Control setting to one option available (we have to select 1h, 8h, 1d, 1w or 1mo) it not show the data according to the new time range selected, it already show the Time Range customized by user when created the Trend.
