Optional Title for more symbols in PI VIsion

The Trend symbol has an optional title which you enable with a toggle and then you can enter a title for the trend. Other sophisticated symbols, including the table, asset comparison table, new archive value table, XY Chart and the event frame table could also benefit from this capability. You can add text above these objects, but it's better if it is integrated.
