Completely restrict display changes

"When the display is not in Design mode, you can still make some changes to it, such as adding data items to existing symbols or swapping related assets in symbols."

It would be useful to have an option to completely restrict any changes to a display.

    Like the option to lock some displays to limit any end user manipulation when not in build mode. This is more around end users experience on displays that are central controlled. User feedback has been they feel like they may have broken a display as they can move trends and change size (they couldn't in PI PB) and hence concern about navigating around the displays and not getting full use of.
