Expose Dynamic Search Attribute Filter to Runtime User (i.e. via symbol)

End users want to change the dynamic search for collections (or other) dynamically such as one would do in a BI tool. Rather than having to use the config, expose the attribute(s) that filter - with a slider bar so one could easily adjust the criteria without changing the underlying configuration.
