Show Target Indicator on Gauges

It is a very quick way to show if a value is currently above or below a target if an indicator can be included on a gauge. For example, on the vertical gauge to have a triangle pointer to left/right/both side of the gauge, or a line across the gauge will allow at a glance to see if a value is above/below/near the target.

Using the Target trait would allow this to be dynamic.

    Hey Mike, one solution could be our Amitec Radial Gauge. The Gauge also includes Multistate support given by the configured AF limits, different alarm regions and fully configurable start and end angle.
