Gauge: Shading Start Value

As a display author, I would like to configure where the shading of the gauge/bar starts (min, max, target, or a custom value) so that I can easily track the value's deviation from a certain target.

    In PI Vision 2019, the start value of gauges (where the shading of the bar starts) is now configurable with three options: the lowest value, the configured target value, or a custom value.     Pretty hard to promote PI Vision with users when basic functionality avail in Process Book is omitted.
