Enhance time series table symbol with other value retrieval modes

The time series table symbol is a useful addition to PI Vision, but when a tag has many values in the given time range of a display, it can be more useful to show interpolated values or calculated summaries on a defined interval. There are workarounds to accomplish this with Vision ad hoc calculations or AF-based calculations (article), but these are time consuming, bloat the configuration of the system where they are used, and maybe off limits to the average user.
The proposed enhancement would add options to the symbol configuration to switch from archive data retrieval to interpolated or summary retrieval and include options for the desired time interval, sync time, and in the case of summaries, the desired summary type.
