allow users to toggle between dark and light view modes in adhoc trending

Update to dark background adhoc trending is more challenging for some users to see. Please allow a user to change to the light background (and/or allow them to select a default preference in their user profile for how the trends appear). Additionally, please consider allowing a user to modify the lineweights in their default adhoc trends for visibility accessibility.
