'Bar Chart' - Auto populate bars based on asset

In the case of asset switching displays, one asset may have 100 applicable attributes, but another machine may have less. Make the 'Bar Chart' ignore attributes whos Properties are set to 'Excluded' so that it doesn't show them at all (e.g., not blank as with No Data, or dashed bar as now when Excluded), but keeping the defined Bar Chart object width and resizing the included bars to fill the object.
