Gauge: 360 Degree for Wind Direction

Weather station data used on site gives us the degrees wind direction. It would be useful to be able to visualize this with a 360 degree "gauge".

    Seems that would have been easy to implement from the start, to link encircle the gauge regardless of the Zero and Span, for 360 is not the only use case.
