rounded rectangle

PI Vision should support rounded rectangle symbols. Currently, the only option to make a rounded rectangle is to group several lines and arcs, which leads to more time rendering and cleaning up the extra symbols.

    Cedric this doesn't appear to be working with the latest PI Vision at the company I work with 2022 version. This code require an update?
