Trend: Adjust an Event (EF) Start Time or End Time directly from a Trend

As a super user process engineer, I want to be able to click on an event and see that event start time and end time brackets on the trends and change the start/end time stored in AF by dragging the time marker SO THAT I can fix the event trigger times based on the data I'm visualizing and interpreting since the trigger equations don’t always get it exactly right.
