Trend: Show Relative Time

I want to show relative time on the trend so that I can view my data in reference to the start of Well Production. It is likely that Production time is configured as an Event (EF).

    In PI Vision 2020, new trend symbol enhancements were introduced including the ability to set time scale to timestamps, relative, or offset from start time.
