Don't collapse sidebar when scrolling/add a button to collapse sidebar

The editing sidebar collapses when you scroll up/down or left/right, which is inconvenient when trying to edit a display and the area being edited is offscreen. Please leave the sidebar open, even when scrolling, but add a way to collapse it (maybe a small arrow along the edge like in the PI System Explorer sidebar - see attachment).
