Add ability to add/update a tag name or AF path without having to browse through AF tree

When adding or changing a data point on a Vision display, you are required to drag/drop the attribute from the AF tree. Add the ability to type in a tag name or AF path. If updating multiple data points on a display, navigating through the AF tree is very cumbersome. It would be much faster to be able to type in a tag name or AF path name (can copy/paste from PSE or other PI tools).
