XY plot: We want to thicken XY plot connecting line

We want to thicken XY plot connecting line. If we can make it thicker, we can use it for criteria line. Currently, it is not possible with XY plot, but the line in trend symbol can be thicken by adjusting the weight section in Configure Trend> Trace Option, so we would like to extend this Option to XY plot connecting line.
