Pasted Item Location

When copying / pasting text, values, or any item on a display, enable PI vision to paste the copied item where the user's cursor is (as was the case in PI processbook) instead of the default location of slightly below and right of the copied item. This would be a small, but very helpful improvement when building displays, as often times the default paste location is on top of other items on the display.
