Restrict Data Archive Assets in Vision using PI Identities

Allow the control of Data Archive visibility/access in the Vision Assets pane using PI Identities. Currently, if the PIWorld Identity is still active in a Data Archive security configuration, then that Data Archive will be visible in the Assets pane of a Vision display. No tags will be found if a search is attempted. But the Data Archive is still visible and this can cause confusion for Vision users.

    Preferably we should be able to restrict visibility of any PI System (PI Data Archive or AF Databases) in Assets pane. There are practical cases where we have multiple PI Data Archives and AF Databases, but a single instance of PI Vision. We should be able to restrict the visibility site-wise/group-wise, otherwise it exposes the system which is not required by the user.
