Improve display loading performance

Large displays can take 30 seconds or longer to load. Load times are particularly slow in Internet Explorer. Displays needs to load faster.

    In PI Vision 2020, many performance enhancements were made to display loading, and build and run mode interactions for displays that are dense with symbols.     We have seen this problem with large ProcessBook displays that have been converted to Native Vision graphics.

    I have seen this issue with pivision displays using asset comparison table or collection with a large number of elements. Depend on the number of rows, it can take long time (several minutes) and pivision get unresponsive. We use Chrome.

    We are experiencing delay in displaying the results of the Event Frame table, while altering the assets and the time range
