remove delete button

Please make it much more work to delete a display from PI Vision. Currently, you have the Delete Display button right next to the Save button in the Display settings options. It is just to easy to click on the delete display and if not paying attention click on the acknowledge button. Please do something like what you do in Excel. There I have to enable the delete button.
