On Trend symbols, have the option to specify database limits from AF or from the PI Data Archive

Trend symbols can be configured with Scale Range using Database Limits. Have the option to specify database limits from AF or from the PI Data Archive A Trend for a pi point attribute has AF Limits based on formula, analytics or pi point. If the trend time context is in the future, but the limit attributes do not have future data, then the trend will use the PI Point's Zero and Span tag attributes from the Data Archive. If the Database Limits are set for AF, then the last limit attribute value should always be used for the y-axis scale
