Add an API operation to change PI/AF Servers when exporting/importing displays using the API

Changing PI/AF Server names is a supported operation when exporting/importing displays using the Display Utility. Now if we want to perform this task via the API we need to perform a search/replace task on our own before importing the display at the destination. This is very cumbersome for a supported operation. We should be able to use an API function that would perform this PI/AF server permutation using GET/SET calls directly to ease the process.
