Symbols made with PI Extensibility show up as blue boxes in thumbnails

When on the PI Vision home page, displays that use custom symbols show blue boxes on their thumbnails.

      This issue continues to be a problem for customers that are requesting custom symbols. Thumbnails become useless when covered in blue boxes. Suggestion would be to allow a custom symbol to have an associated image file (jpg, svg) that can be automatically substituted in the thumbnail view.

      Clients have requested custom symbols but are not happy with the thumbnail view. Since the thumbnail view is the primary navigation through displays the blue boxes are hindering that process. A work-around to be able to display something else on the thumbnail would be helpful.
