Add additional columns to the PI Vision Display Utility to provide additional display information

Sometimes, when migrating displays using the PI Vision Display Utility, there are displays with the same name from the same user. It would be helpful to have additional display information to help determine which displays to migrate.

    The addition information for the displays should be like display ID and the directory path of the displays.
