Give PI Vision the ability to set a display to be the default page

Right now this can be only done through HTTP redirection and Osisoft does not officially support this as this can be handled by a third party resource

    I would like to see an ability to set a default home page as well. We have casual users that would benefit from having a pre-built page that navigates them curated displays by our system admins.
