PI Vision Display Utility: Copy displays between PI Vision databases on the same machine

The 2019 PI Vision Display Utility was changed so that displays from a PI Vision Server cannot be copied over to a different database on the same PI Vision Server. We keep a backup of the PI Vision SQL database on the same machine as PI Vision in case we need to restore a display from the database backup. To support this, we would like the ability to copy displays between different PI Vision databases on the same machine.

    I personally would like to see this integration easier for us "end users" I just deployed a live server from a test server that was running the 2018SP3 - Going to the 2021 version of PI Vision... Not an easy task
