Not all publishers get folder modification access

Although user is set up as publisher, does not get the ability to modify folders or move graphics to folders. Only the "Administrator" named user gets this capability.

    In order to modify folders or move displays to folders a user must have write access to that folder. It is only the root level (under Home) that can only be controlled by PI Vision administrators. Once an Admin creates root folders, they can assign write access to the appropriate AF identities and then the members of those identities will be able to modify the folders.
