Hi, Keith. Can you elaborate a bit further on this request?  Are you asking that the background of the symbols in the group have a different color that the display background or do you want the background color for the symbol to change based on a condition or is it something else entirely?  Any visuals you can provide would be very helpful.  Thanks!

In response to Brent Bregenzer, "Hi, Keith. Can you elaborate a bit furth..." Kind of difficult to say exactly, but I have a page that uses collections as grouped list of Multi-state objects and the attribute value that contains the name.  The collection is then regulate by certain search parameters, the is also a center section (not displayed) that is context switch by clicking on the name, thus expanding the detail of the unit.   Here is the Collection (list), if there were some way to cause an alternating background color:       Here is another display that has even more data represented differently, in this case the ability to matchup what data belongs to each is tougher as you go down the list:         Keith Ward IT Engineer, Sr Staff 10185 McKellar Ct.
