Allow display sharing to any AF identity for Administrators

Currently limited to AF identities that my useraccount is explicitly part of. However, any Coresight admin should be allowed to share displays to any AF identity. Now as an Admin, i need to reassign display ownership to a specific person in a group (AF identity) and ask them to share the display. Not ideal for central authoring of displays.

In PI Vision 2017 R2, the PI Vision home page was updated to allow administrators to share a display with any identity.

I have had a similar request from a customer. As a PI Vision admin they wanted to be able to see all displays, and who they were shared with, and if need be change the sharing of displays. There are two things stopping PI Vision admins from doing this: 1) The issue in this enhancement that they can only see if a display is shared with an AF identity if they are mapped to this identity 2) They can only see a display if it has been shared with them, so there will typically be displays they cannot monitor the sharing settings of 2) is particularly counter intuitive as one would normally assume that a PI vision admin would be able see all displays. Currently the only workaround would be to map the PI Vision admins to ALL AF identities, so that if a display with any identity it would be shared with them. Though this gives them admin access to AF which may not be desired.

I have not checked yet to which degree this has been changed in the PI Vision 2017 release. There is a hint in the release notes, but that is not 100% clear on this item. Display migration enhancements The Display Utility supports bulk and multi-select operations such as multiple display deletion, reassignment of display ownership for multiple displays and removal/assignment of share privileges to an AF Identity for multiple displays.
