Enable adjustable Y-scale for boolean values.

When comparing multiple on-off Boolean values in Trend symbol, they all overlap over each other. It would be useful to have a setting to be able to adjust the Y-scale height of each bollean values so we can compare them better.

A visual representation should help. Here is a comparison of the same data on (1) a PI Vision-based trend (with no adjustable scaling on the Y-axis) and (2) a PI Processbook trend (with manually manipulated Y-axis values). The point is that by tweaking the scaling, the order or sequence of events becomes significantly clearer. Of course, some sort of automatic offset scaling would be far superior, but manual scaling would at least recover the previous capability.
