Provide a parent/child template approach to PI Vision displays

Creating a base display template from which other PI Vision display templates could be derived could save a lot of time and keep standardized displays updated with corporate standards.

    We would like to have a set of displays with consistent look - including placement of title, navigation buttons, publish information that is the location across the screens. We currently use KB Article 000034314 and build display around set display border, this feels like a workaround and I have found a few cases where Vision doesn't 'snap' to this border when I use the 'Fit All' after Im done designing the display - in those cases, I have had to copy the content into my pseudo template with the specified border and navigation buttons. All of this feels like a workaround and PI Vision should have a display template
