Hide "Create Display" Button Option for Explorer

e.g. AD Groups which should have only access on displays not on creating. At the moment all users have the ability to create displays allthough displays cant be saved.

    Why actively prevent someone from a quick ad hoc explore of their data ? They cannot save the work they do, there is no lasting impact, but this does give every user the chance to explore the data in ways possibly not thought of by the display creator.
