This feature is available in PI Vision 2016 or later. It can be accomplished by leveraging limit attribute traits in PI AF, as described here: https://livelibrary.osisoft.com/LiveLibrary/content/en/server-v14/GUID-0D32012F-7520-4555-8086-FBC6286FC50A.

Customer would like to specify on the trend scale options the attribute that will set the scale value.

I agree this would be a benefit for the Event Details trend for our end-users who are required to review and compare events. As things stand, the trend x-axis limits always auto-scale to the data. There seem to be no options available to select 'database' or use another value for the limit (e.g. attribute limit trait). Having these options would ensure the trends are comparable from one Event Frame to the next.

use attribute value for scale setting (max, range, min, stepsize)
