Allow custom menu/navigation bars

All the Pi Vision screens I have seen seem to include a custom menu bar that the user creates for internal navigation that is manually copied and pasted to each screen every time there are updates to the structure. Instead, there should be the ability to create a custom menu bar, just like a header on a document so changes automatically propagate from the template outwards. This has been lumped into other ideas, but I feel it could reduce scope as a stand-alone feature.

    I could see a big benefit in creating some type of navigation bar.
